The new Shimano Nasci 4000FB XG Spinning Reel is
enhanced by its Hagane Gears for better all-around performance.
With amazing strength and durability, the Hagane gear is at the
very heart of this reel – giving long-lasting smoothness and feel.
Its entire surface is calculated in minute detail by 3D and formed
by Shimano’s cold forging technology.

X-Ship
Together with the Hagane cold-forged drive gear, Shimano combined
X-Ship technology which results in a smooth, powerful and durable
reel. By supporting the pinion gear on both ends with bearings, the
pinion gear maintains precise alignment with the drive gear. This
means that the gears will stay in position under the heaviest
loads. The added benefit is that friction between the spool shaft
and gear are eliminated. This will enhance the casting performance
of the reel with lighter lures, and allow for longer casts.

The Rod
The Shimano Maikuro II Spinning Rod is part of Shimano’s 2020 Maikuro series, expertly engineered to deliver great value, versatility,and performance. This 2 piece spinning rod features highly responsive graphite blanks, making it ideal for taking on freshwater fish and even heavier coastal and reef dwellers. The sleek, modern design sports a matt black finish with white, silver and black trims, while the butt configurations utilise Sea Guide carbon hooded reel seats.
